Our in-person home staging consultation involves us visiting your home to assess the space and provide recommendations on how to best showcase the property and make it more marketable. 1/2 day stage, up to 4 hrs 500.00
(This fee is for 1 crew member, additional time needed? 100.00 per hr, billed in 30 min increments, If a staging assistant is required, they will be billed at an additional 50.00 per hr.)

A 50% deposit is due when booking to secure an appointment. Remaining 50% due at the start of staging day.
If you need to cancel in order to receive a deposit refund, minimum of 72 hours' notice is required.
No refunds will be issued for less than 72 hours' notice.

****We do have options for renting large furniture pieces and I will go over all that during the consult.

***ADD AN ACCESSORY PACKAGE | FILL IN THE GAPS
This is a great add on service to our consultation, photo prep or 1/2 day, full day stage.
**We will calculate the up front fees based on the items required. We provide things like art, vases, baskets, greenery, trays, lamps, rugs, blankets etc. We will not provide staging items for bedding-comforters, pillows etc. HOWEVER, we can shop for those items for you (you give us a budget) , billed at 75.00 per hour, or we have packages you can purchase. You would keep those items.

*Accessories will be provided for 30 days under the initial fee given. After 30 days, a monthly rate will then defined. Following our consultation, we will provide you with a customized quote and contract encompassing all rented items.

Payment is due on the day of the service.
