Do you offer different sizes for your prints?

Yes! My artwork is available in a variety of sizes. If you don’t see the exact dimensions you need, please contact me—I can likely order a custom size just for you.

What materials do you print on?

I offer several high-quality print options:

Stretched Canvas (1.5” Depth): Ready-to-hang, gallery-wrapped canvas with vibrant colors with a matte finish.

Framed Canvas This option features a thick, archival-grade polycotton-mix canvas that is carefully hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars, then attached to a wood floater frame- I have several option for colors!

Rolled Canvas: A flexible option for easy transport and custom framing.

Fine Art Paper Prints: Printed on archival hot press paper, known for its smooth, matte finish and museum-quality longevity.

Framed & Matted Prints: Printed on archival hot press paper, featuring a .87” x 1.12” solid wood frame and several mat colors to choose for an elegant, finished look. We use solid wood frames with optical-grade clear acrylic. The matboard is a 4-ply  matboard with an attractive bevel at 45 degrees.

 

Do the prints come ready to hang?

Yes! All stretched & framed canvas as well framed prints come with a wire hanger installed! If you order a rolled canvas or paper print, you can frame it to your liking or use one of my recommended display solutions, such as wood quilt hangers for a modern, transportable option. https://quilthangers.com/collections/shop-by-size

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each print is made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I primarily ship within the U.S. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in my artwork, please contact me to discuss international shipping options.

What if my order arrives damaged?

I take great care in packaging my prints, but if your order arrives damaged, please Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the damage or defect.

If verified, we will send a replacement print at no additional cost.

Custom Orders & Special Requests

Can I request a custom size or material?
Absolutely! If you need a size or material not listed, contact me—I may be able to accommodate your request. See form below:)

Do you take commissions?
At this time, I am not accepting commissions, but I am happy to help you find a piece that resonates with your space and vision.

Can I see the artwork in person before purchasing?

As far as the online store goes, I strive to provide high-quality images and detailed descriptions so you can confidently select the perfect piece for your space.

Care & Display

How should I care for my print?

Canvas Prints: Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive humidity.

Paper Prints: Frame under acrylic to protect from dust and moisture.

Framed Prints: Wipe the frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth as needed.

What’s the best way to hang my artwork?

Stretched Canvas & Framed Prints: Use the attached sawtooth hanger for easy installation.

Rolled Canvas & Paper Prints: Frame traditionally or use a wood quilt hanger for a modern, easy-to-move display.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all prints and merchandise. To initiate a return:

🚫 Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Details

Restocking Fee 
Due to the custom nature of our prints and products, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the total value of the returned item. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance for the full value of the item.

We highly recommend using a reliable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.

Return Condition

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or any issues.

If approved, a refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Final Sale Items

Original Paintings: Due to the custom nature of original artwork, all sales are final. However, we guarantee the craftsmanship of our paintings. If you experience any concerns, please contact us—we will work with you to make things right.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

Certain products may be marked as FINAL SALE, if that is the case, the listing will be clearly marked.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, you may do so under these conditions:

Not Yet in Production/Not Shipped:

Art prints can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production.

Canceled orders will be refunded 100% with no restocking fee

After 24 Hours or In Production:

Orders are considered final and cannot be canceled.
