Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. Customers can return all prints & merchandise within this window. Send an email to canvasandkeydesigns@gmail.com and we can help with the return or you may initiate a return by logging into your customer account: https://shopify.com/88409145508/account
**Items sent back to us with out requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee: Do to the nature of our nature of our custom prints & product, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the total value of the returned product.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking & insurance for the full value of the product.
Return Condition: The item returned must be in new condition, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and its confirmed to be undamaged. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment, minus the 25% restocking fee. Refunds will post to the original payment method within 7 business days. . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

***Damaged or Defective Products:
Proof Required: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defects that occurred in production or shipping.
Replacement: A replacement of print will be provided at no additional cost if damages & defects are verified.
**Original Paintings
Final Sale. Due to the custom nature, original paintings are sold as final sale and cannot be returned. However, I am committed to your satisfaction with guarantee on the craftsmanship of my artwork. Contact me with any issues and I will work with you to make things right.
Gift Cards will not be refunded.
Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so under the following conditions:
Not Yet in Production/Not Shipped: Art prints can be cancelled if the item has not entered into production. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hrs of placing the order. After this period, the order is considered final and can not be canceled. There is no restocking fee if order is able to be cancelled and will be refunded 100% to the original payment method.
